Description
The Gîte de la Voute is located in the little hamlet of Clémencieux, 5 min. from shops and Annonay town centre (hot-air balloons, museums, theatre, cinema, 18-hole golf course ...) and 10 min. from the superb safari park at Peaugres. Near the Massif du Pilat (hiking/riding, wild mushrooms...). Separate entrance, pretty interior courtyard with flowers. Fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds), bathroom, WC. 1st floor: bedroom (queen-size bed, single bed, shower room, WC), lovely large lounge (2 sofas, double sofa bed, flat screen TV - Canal+, Bein Sport, Internet connection). Garage for bikes/motorbikes. Wine Route and motorway exit 15 min.

superbe gîte dans un bel endroit
Le gîte est très confortable avec une jolie terrasse pour prendre les repas en extérieur. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour visiter la région.

Week-end à Annonay
Propriétaire à la fois discret et disponible. Une belle occasion de réunir mes enfants et petits enfants, qui ont eu le plaisir de faire une bataille de boules de neige le dimanche matin. Excellent week-end
